We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Applications Trainer to join our team. Ideally, we are looking for our new team member to have had experience in delivering Applications training within the recruitment space and prior knowledge and work with Bullhorn will be highly regarded.

Your daily responsibilities will be varied and will include a range of activities geared towards providing support to the Chandler Macleod business units through the development, delivery and support of Applications training programs. These tasks may include:

  • Creating and delivering training plans for our IT systems.

  • Ensuring quality engagement with new starters to Chandler Macleod.

  • Collaboration with the broader IT and Enterprise Transformation teams.

  • Building strong relationships to create positive outcomes for Chandler Macleod staff.

  • Working withing Project team to deliver training on new business applications.

  • Meeting and achieving KPIs and targets.

From the development of application onboarding programs, new starter engagment and ongoing refresher and training support, this role will play a pivotal part in empowering Chandler Macleod staff to unleash their potential.

The position location is flexible and you will be reporting to the Application Support Manager.

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Previous experience delivering Applications training (preferably within the recruitment space)

  • Previous knowledge/exposure to the Bullhorn ATS or similar recruitment platform

  • An understanding of products used to create online training content such as Articulate 360

  • A passion to succeed

  • Be reliable, flexible and have loads of initiative and a strong work ethic

  • Sound administration skills and attention to detail

  • Great communication skills

  • A team player
