About the Organisation:
Queensland offers those working within various service area’s the ability to manage their employment entitlements across multiple employers. Meaning, there is a need for a dedicated department to assist and the reconciliation of entitlements between various contracts and contractors.

About the Role:
  • Process requests, ensuring invoicing and inbound transactions are reconciled correctly.
  • Assess reporting data to for consolidation, relay outcomes to various internal stakeholders.
  • Handle general and complex enquiries regarding clients’ transactional balances and entitlements
  • Ensure a high quality of data integrity is always maintained, with customers data being managed effectively and securely.
  • Support various department relationships across the network with a professional and concise communication style.
About You:
  • You will have a high degree of experience in financial accounts and maintaining transactional records.
  • You will have an outstanding communication style that builds relationships and strengthens existing connections
  • You will actively contribute to system improvements and provide feedback on performance issues.
  • You will familiarise yourself with complex legislation and policies surrounding your departments responsibilities.
  • You will be able to think critically, and assess risk, and identify potential false or fraudulent claims.
