About the role:

  • You will be the first point of contact for calls coming into the contact centre
  • You will be assisting the customer with any legislative and policy queries they may have
  • You will be resolving simple first contact resolution enquiries
  • You will be responsible for maintain accurate customer records
  • You will be assisting customers with processing online applications

About you:

  • You will have exceptional communication skills
  • You will have experience in a customer service/contact centre role
  • You will be adaptable to working with a diverse spread of enquiries
  • You will have the ability to prioritise work load and multi-task
  • You will have the ability to work well in a team environment
  • You will be able to demonstrate a high level of relevant computer literacy skills

Benefits:
