We are currently seeking for AO2 Administration Officers on behalf of our client based in Brisbane CBD.

About the role

  • You will provide effective and efficient general administrative and executive support.
  • You will provide data entry and basic level data collection and analysis, general computing including use of spreadsheets and databases, administrative and executive support services.
  • You will provide reception services including receiving telephone calls and visitors to the branch.
  • You will accurately sort, distribute and track mail items and provide a follow up service.
  • You will operate and maintain a range of office equipment to support the functions of the team.
  • You will use financial and accounting systems (eg. SAP ERP and BI) for a range of financial and administrative duties in line with departmental requirements and expected processes.
  • You will perform a variety of other administrative tasks and support services as directed by a nominated manager or team leader.
  • You will undertake work activities in a cooperative and supportive manner as an active member of a functionally diverse work team

About You

  • You will understand and supports the procedures and practices of an office or work unit in a large organisation.
  • You will effectively use computing skills with an emphasis on efficiency and accuracy.
  • You will operate effectively as a member of a team and responds under direction to changes in client needs and expectations.
  • You will display a professional approach to work through demonstrated commitment to using effective and accurate administrative skills to support the operations of an office.
  • You will communicate messages clearly and concisely and structures written and verbal communication so it is easy to follow.
