Chandler Macleod are seeking an experienced Psychologist's for a Permanent position for our client in the Adelaide CBD ,


As a registered psychologist you will be responsible for providing significant expertise and advice to initiate, develop, implement and evaluate the department's Employee Psychology Services programs, in addition to building and managing existing programs.
This role requires a psychologist with post graduate organisational and clinical experience in workplace mental health and in the delivery of Employee Assistance Programs, including account management of external providers.



Key Outcomes

  • Provide clinical governance and quality assurance across the suite of employee psychology programs.
  • Triage and coordinate service delivery of specialist trauma interventions for employees, or sites, post critical incidents.
  • Initiate research activities and contribute professional expertise to design, source and tailor employee psychological services to improve employee engagement, mental health, wellbeing, and resilience.
  • Collaborate with service providers, stakeholders and customers to ensure programs and services are fit-for-purpose and targeted to need.
  • Design and implement evaluation methods, regularly collect and analyse qualitative and quantitative data, to monitor, evaluate and improve program impact and service quality.


    Key Competencies
  • Knowledge of the Discipline: demonstrated experience and knowledge of evidence-based psychological interventions, processes and a broad understanding of psychological theories and psychopathology.
  • Psychological Measurement and Assessment; demonstrate competency and knowledge of psychometric test use, and report writing
  • Autonomy and task management: Demonstrated ability to work under broad direction, either independently or as a member of a team. Manage complex and competing priorities and develop effective resolutions both individually and through working with others
  • High level written and verbal communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal, including the capacity to convey complex information in a clear, succinct manner while successfully consulting, negotiating, and influencing all stakeholders in a positive manner that fosters collaboration and the delivery of high-quality outcomes.


    Qualification's

    Essential:
    Must hold an appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification and general registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (PBA).

    Desirable:
    Minimum 5 years post graduate experience
    Experience in the provision of Employee Wellbeing and Psychology Services
