Our client is a leading Truck and Transport solutions provider who are currently seeking a dynamic After sales Representative to join the expanding team.

In this key role you will be an integral part of the customer support team and work cross a diverse portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with branch management team to ensure regional business development needs for parts & service business are being met.
  • Grow and develop existing customer base, while also seeking new customer parts & service business opportunities within the region.
  • Support and implement sales and marketing strategies as provided through Aftersales marketing department.
  • Provide support to dealer networks
  • Utilise CRM system to capture all activities and sales
The successful candidate will bring a natural ability to forge sound business relations and offer tailored solutions through up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
We are seeking the following skills and attributes:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales and product support.
  • Sound understanding of the On Highway parts & service business, maintenance products and On Highway Dealer network.
  • Sound knowledge of Detroit, Allison, MAN and All Makes aftermarket and competitive forces.
  • Ability to build industry contacts and network to achieve company goals and objectives.
