We are currently working with a leading name in the Perth mining sector to recruit a mining administrator - Part Time in a Perth based role on a job share basis. This role offers the chance to gain exposure to a fast growing organization with genuine long term opportunities.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Onboarding of new starters
  • Raising Purchase Requisitions in SAP
  • Reconciliation of purchasing and AMEX expenses
  • Maintenance of travel guidelines / travel roster
  • Ad Hoc Reporting



The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Experience working within the resources sector in a fast paced environment
  • Experience mobilizing candidates to site using ERMS or similar systems
  • Strong communication/organisation skills to work within a busy job-share environment
  • Good time management to balance a busy work schedule.
