As an administrator and customer service representative in our Newcastle CBD branch you will support a team of dedicated Recruitment Consultants. You will be responsible for growing and managing our candidate database, which will entail:

  • Screening and interviewing prospective candidates so we are able to deliver the best candidates for our clients' staffing needs.
  • Administering assessments to candidates in line with candidate skills so as to validate skill levels
  • Validating reference checks and police checks so as to verify previous skills and experiences and overall suitability for client needs.
  • Maintaining the database by ensuring all required candidate data and information entered onto the computer system as required inline with compliance procedures.
