We are seeking to appoint an experienced administrator to take on a variety of transport related tasks with a focus on the integrity of data entry. As part of a small admin team supporting our operations division you will be required to provide support and backup to others in times of leave.

Responsibilities of the position include:

  • Perform a range of tasks including high level of accuracy for data entry
  • Ensuring the integrity of documents that are data entered and other operational paperwork
  • Interpret driver's run-sheets and entry of data into spreadsheets
  • Use in house systems to complete reporting and data entry functions
  • Maintain filing and archiving when required
  • Manage petty cash and petty cash reconciliation
  • Other adhoc duties to assist the Operations teams and functions as required

    Applicants will need to possess the following skills or demonstrated experience:
  • Previous administration experience essential
  • High level of accuracy in work tasks completed
  • Transport industry knowledge an advantage
