Our client is a very renowned international paint company, currently seeking x2 positions:

  • Admin Assistant
  • Purchasing Officer

These positions are initially for a 3-6-month contract. However has the opportunity for extension, or for the right candidate a permanent role. This role is critical in supporting the operational delivery of the team to ensure compliance, customer satisfaction and key deliverables are met.

Main Duties:

  • Administration & office support
  • Scanning, filing, records management, spreadsheeting.
  • Communicating with suppliers and technicians
  • Assist Service Delivery and Operational Managers with finance related queries pertaining to either accounts receivable or payable
  • Data entry
  • Purchasing PPE consumables

About you:

  • MS Office Skills
  • SAP experience desirable
  • Must be proactive
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail
  • Previous experience in an admin role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organisational skills

Benefits:

  • Potential for permanent work after initial contract

  • $35-$40/hr + Super
