Administration Team Leader

Chandler Macleod are currently seeking an experienced Administration Team Leader. Our client is a well known business providing healthy food options for their customers around Australia.

This role will be a a Permanent Full time opportunity, Monday to Friday (37.5 hour week).

Key Skills and Experience

  • Experience supervising, coaching and leading team members to achieve set KPI's
  • Strong commitment and ability to ensure team members deliver exceptional customer service and experience outcomes
  • Previous experience in Administration with exposure to rostering and contractor management
  • Able to demonstrate organisational skills and manage priorities with competing deadlines
  • Able to work under pressure and respond quickly to changes to time-critical issues
  • Remains calm, composed and solution focused during times of increased stress or pressure and demonstrates patience, listening skills, persistence and understanding
  • Analytical, and problem solving skills and a strong eye for detail and numerical accuracy
  • Strong ability to build close working relationships, influence others
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer skills - knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn new systems and a basic knowledge of excel formulas would be an advantage
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Understanding of Home Care Packages/NDIS/Carers programs within Community/Aged Care sector would be an advantage

    This role will be based on site at our client's location in the South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne.
