Chandler Macleod are after multiple Administration officers ASO2 to ASO6 for State Government client for 24/7 roster over 7 days, possibly 8am -4pm, 4pm - 12am - 12am to 8am.

The area is Covid Response Care Team and is based in the Adelaide CDB, required over seven days a week - standard 7.5 hour days but additional hours may be required.
The term of the appointment is potentially 3 months or longer.

Duties:

  • Creation of confidential clinical records and files (arch lever folders, population of lists etc)
  • Administrative support to a dynamic and fast paced team of undertaking clinical consults and assessment
  • Project Support
  • Documentation gathering and drafting
  • Timely and accurate processing of day to day administrative activities and including office support services as required
  • Managing and disseminating resources
  • Working co-operatively with other administrative staff to provide support services for core functions of the program to ensure that timely and efficient administrative assistance is available

    Required skill sets:
  • Work within the highest levels of confidentiality and within the Code of Ethics for the South Australian Public Sector
  • Proven ability to quickly build rapport and trust to develop and maintain effective collaborative and operational relationships with clients that contribute to the achievement of local business objectives
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office specifically Outlook, Word and Excel, and MS TEAMs.
  • Proven ability to work effectively under broad direction
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills including preparing written reports with recommendations, presenting complex concepts clearly and concisely and establishing and maintain effective working relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels with a diverse range of people
  • Work under pressure, use initiative, maintain confidentiality and display excellent organisational skills to coordinate a range of tasks and achieve high quality outputs within agreed timeframes
  • Establish collaborative stakeholder networks involved in business continuity and emergency management

    Desirable skill sets:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of government document/records management systems and procedures
  • Detailed knowledge of relevant government policy and legislation relating to South Australian State Emergency Management Act 2004 and associated regulations and the SA Health Care Act 2008
