About the client:

A great opportunity to work for a well-respected employer in the Gold Coast market, providing administration support to a large corporate services team.

About the role:

  • You will be providing general administrative support to the corporate services team
  • You will be responsible for diary and email management for the greater team
  • You will be preparing documentation and reports as required
  • You will be assisting with any travel or room bookings
  • You will be maintaining and updating records and databases
  • You will be logging data and generating reports as required

About you:

  • You will have all round administration or team administration/PA experience and looking to work in a busy and varied environment
  • You will have intermediate to advanced IT skills and competent in all MS Office packages - in particular Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • You will have a great eye for detail, and have a high level of accuracy in your work
  • You will be a great team player who is able to work autonomously on occasions
  • You will have great initiative to get tasks done and just do it

Benefits:

  • Temporary casual contract until end of June 2021
  • Full time hours Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
