We are currently seeking a Reception/Administation Support candidate on a permanent basis to join this great team based in the CBD.

About the Role

  • Reception and switchboard management
  • Client meet and greet
  • Booking of meetings, and meeting rooms/refreshments
  • Client database management
  • Scanning and filing
  • Banking and invoicing duties as required
  • Tax return and financial statement collation
  • Any other administration duties as required by the Managing Director and the his team

About You

  • You will be corporately presented
  • You will demonstrate a friendly and professional phone manner
  • You will have intermediate to advanced PC skills
  • You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • You will have good organisational skills and a high attention to detail
  • You will ideally have experience with Xero, Handisoft or similar accounting products preferred


  • Permanent role
  • Full time hours - Monday to Friday
  • Brisbane CBD location - close to all major transport links
  • Varied role - a real mixture between reception, administration and some PA duties as required
