Chandler Macleod are seeking Administration Support Officer's (Port Augusta & Adelaide CBD) and a Administration Executive Officer (Adelaide CBD) for a temporary assignment. This position is conveniently located in Port Augusta and the Adelaide CBD on a Monday to Friday roster.

The successful applicant will undertake a mix of functions including:

  • Progress payments
  • Project reporting
  • Organising site inductions, including safety training
  • General clerical duties

The successful applicant will demonstrate the following:

  • Proficient knowledge of business applications (ie Excel, Basware, Bizflow, Knet, Promaster or similar)
  • Outstanding administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • A "can-do" attitude and high level of initiative
  • Reliable work ethics and team work
