This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a busy Sales and Service team, on a 12-month fixed term contract.

About the role:

  • General administration including filing, scanning, mail and reception
  • Customer service - responding to customer and client queries on both email and over the phone
  • Book medicals and inductions for new starters
  • Book and coordinate training courses for new and existing staff
  • Book and coordinate travel and accommodation for business travel
  • Book and coordinate venues and catering for internal and external events
  • Process payroll - dealing with general payroll and timesheet queries
  • Fleeting management and associated reporting

About you:

  • You will have previous experience working in another administration role
  • You will have great customer service skills
  • You will have experience in adhering to strict safety standards in the workplace
  • You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • You will ideally have experience of using SAP
  • You will have intermediate to advanced PC skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • You will have strong organisation skills and high attention to detail
