We currently have an opportunity available for a Administration Recruitment Coordinator to join our Mackay office.
Working with a well-established team within the mining/blue collar division, you will be responsible for supporting a large scale national account in the management of candidate resourcing and attractions activities.

We are looking for someone with great communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment coupled with a strong attention to detail.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Resourcing for numerous contract assignments (labour hire - mining/blue collar)
  • Utilizing various talent acquisition methods to attract the right candidates, talent pooling
  • Onboarding the new starters
  • Maintaining and development of client and candidate relationships
