We are currently seeking for an Administrative Officer on behalf of our client during a very busy period. The successful candidate will secure a 2-month contract, likely to be extended.

About the role:

  • Answering Phones
  • Placing customers' orders and dispatching via courier/post
  • Filing
  • Data input into spreadsheets
  • Monitoring spreadsheet and compiling data
  • Courtesy calls to customers
  • Daily Processing of paperwork
  • Keeping sales team updated on services for customers

About you:

  • Intermediate skills with MS Office
  • High degree of sense of urgency
  • Must have high attention to details
  • Problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of organisational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
