Chandler Macleod are after expressions of interests for upcoming temporary assignments with our State/Federal Government clients for experienced Administration Officers. These assignments are conveniently located in the CBD and on a Monday to Friday roster, full time/part time hours with possible overtime.

The successful applicant will undertake a mix of functions including:

  • Document preparation and scanning
  • Adhoc Administration duties
  • Data entry
  • Coordinate incoming electronic mail
  • Answering phone calls
  • Customer service

    The successful applicant will demonstrate the following:
  • Outstanding administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • A "can-do" attitude and high level of initiative
  • Reliable work ethic
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and the ability to pick up new systems quickly

    Please note: all applicants will require a National Police Clearance (NPC) and DSCI Working with Children Clearance (WWCC).
