Chandler Macleod are looking for an administration assistant for a part time position based in Enfield. These highly varied role will be reporting directly to the Manager of a large company. Primarily, you will be in charge of the administration for the company.

Your duties will include:

  • Managing the administration aspects for the company, including directing the administrative officers
  • Dealing with mail, correspondence and files
  • Proccessing passes in the system
  • High level of data entry
  • Managing an inbox
  • Treat sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Administrator
  • Effective working relationships and high standards for customer service
  • Previous track record of working in a large organisation
  • Excellent communication skills for liaison with key internal and external contacts
  • Strong time management and organisation skills
