Our valued client is currently seeking expressions of interest for an Administration Officer Role based in Shepparton, Vic.

If you classify yourself as an experienced administrative professional who is self-motivated with strong communication skills and an understanding of system processes we would love to hear from you.
This role is full-time and will have you working the following hours:

Monday to Thursday - 07:30am to 04:00pm
Friday - 07:30am to 01:30pm

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Data entry
  • Responding to customer enquiries
  • Answering the phone
  • Entering of - sales invoices/bills/purchase orders
  • Control of office inventory levels
  • Preparation of export documentation


Skills and Experience
Excel skills are a must along with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Outlook.
Xero experience and a love for numbers would be an advantage.

This is a challenging role and is not an entry level administration role.
