The Chandler Macleod group are searching for an experienced Administrator and HR Officer on a temporary casual assignment based in Dry Creek.

The successful applicants will be engaged in a 4-6 month casual contract to our client specialising in rail infrastructure.

The successful applicants will have:


  • Sound knowledge and experience in document control and records management
  • Sound analytic and research skills with an eye for quality and attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to work with various stakeholders
  • Highly organised with proven time management skills to effectively deliver multiple priorities
  • Advanced computer skills including the ability to utilise a range of information systems (MS Office, Adobe & HRIS system is desirable)
  • Strong writing ability
  • An understanding of health and safety documentation and practices
  • An understanding of Human Resources

These positions will require a high level of data entry, attention to detail and excellent time management skills. You will be required to work well within a team, be able to work autonomously, as well as not being afraid to reach out and seek advice when required.

You will be in high demand with on boarding and recruitment, as well as supporting the HR and training teams when required.
