On behalf of our client we are seeking a experienced Administration Officer to join the Port Macquarie team on a full time basis.


About the role
The primary purpose of the role is to provide effective planning and scheduling of resources, optimising maximum workforce productivity and minimal downtime. Additionally, supporting the competent delivery of operational functions and contract specific objectives.

Duties

  • Effective planning and scheduling of remote resources
  • Optimising maximum workforce productivity with minimal downtime
  • Reporting progress of allocated work
  • Communicating with field staff and operational leaders
  • Resolving consumer enquiries/complaints



Skills & Experience

  • Excellent interpersonal skills enabling work with a wide variety of people across all levels of the organisation and other key stakeholders where appropriate
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Demonstrated track record of success in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Display a high attention to detail, with the ability to interpret and analyse information
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to respond to organisational needs
  • Investigative and analytical skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and approach activities with initiative
  • Experience in high change environments
  • Current Driver's Licence.
