An Administration Assistant is currently required for a position with one our Clients who specialise in the waste management industry, based in Dubbo.

Position Specifics:
  • Start Date as soon as possible
  • Casual contract ending 26/05/2023 with potential for extension
  • Monday to Friday working 7.6 hours per day
  • Casual hourly pay rate of $32.83 per hour + Superannuation
Contributing to the achievement of business goals and objectives via the provision of high quality support in the functions of administrative duties, this will include:
  • Support management with administrative functions 
  • Manage and control assets in area of responsibility
  • Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly management reports
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to meet their needs 
  • Assist with accounts and payroll functions, as required
  • Maintain accurate data records
  • Ensure all company procedures, administration and finance business rules are followed
To excel in this roles, candidates will have:
  • Experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders 
  • Prior experience working in an office environment 
  • Experience in corporate environment 
  • Intermediate skills with the MS Office Suite of products 
  • Certificate 4 in Office administration or equivalent experience
