About the Company:

Chandler Macleod are on the hunt for a skilled administrator & customer service professional to join the team of our client located in the Hunter. With decades of experience and a focus on providing quality service within the mining industry, our client is one of the largest suppliers of advanced earthmoving machinery, cranes, and mining equipment.

About the role:

Reporting to the Parts Sales Supervisor, the successful candidate will be required to provide accurate and timely advice on parts, quality customer service and administrative support to the Parts Interpret division, customers, and external stakeholders.

After the completion of training, the successful candidate will be required to work one weekend every six weeks on a rotating roster and will be renumerated with attractive weekend rates.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Data entry of orders and repairs

  • High volume of inbound and outbound calls

  • Providing advice to customers

  • Completing reports and return forms

  • Monitoring stock control and inventory

  • Identifying sales opportunities

  • Assisting in warehouse and logistics paperwork

You will need to be someone who has:

  • Strong customer service skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Knowledge within mining machinery & parts (highly regarded)

  • Experience with MS office
