We are currently seeking an Administration Officer for a temporary 3 month position for a company located in Kwinana.

  • Super on all hours
  • Based in Kwinana
  • Temporary 3 month position
  • Monday to Friday
  • 7.00am to 3.00pm



    Key Accountabilities

    Key responsibilities may include:
  • Updating Revenue Spreadsheets
  • Invoicing -
  • Purchasing
  • Creating Sales orders
  • Communicating and working very closely with site contacts and supervisors and customers.
  • Adhoc other tasks as requested

    Critical experience/knowledge:
  • Ability to work in a very fast-paced admin environment, blue collar experience preferable
  • JDE, Coupa and Excel
  • Time Management
  • Attention to detail
  • Needs to be fast and efficient and be able to think outside the box.

    Pre-Employment Requirement: Induction & Lifesaving rules to be completed prior to commencement (certificate to be presented to site manager on arrival).
