We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Administration Manager for an immediate start on behalf of our client who is located in Brisbane's Western suburbs.

This opportunity will run an initial 3-month period with potential for permanent conversion.

This role holds responsibility for leading, directing and managing a small administration team including managing the day to day workload, compliance and people management duties.

Tasks will include but not be restricted to:

  • Payroll Support - collating and sending timesheets for processing - learning the Kronos payroll system in time.
  • Invoicing - in JDE
  • Purchasing - in Coupa
  • Providing General Administration support to the Branch

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • Previous experience in a similar management position
  • Experience with Kronos, JDE, Coupa and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail, as well as strong financial acumen
  • Ability to work in a very fast-paced admin environment, blue collar experience preferable
  • Experience in similar industries & turnover size advantageous (Region currently supports $80 mil p/ annum turnover)
