Chandler Macleod is working with a company who currently have an employment opportunity for an Administration Customer Support Officer, for a temporary 4 - 8 week position based in Karratha to start as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • General office duties
  • Filing documents
  • Taking bookings
  • Photocopying documents
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Scanning of document
  • Dealing with customers face to face and over the phone


Skills required:

  • Experience in Administration
  • Sound knowledge of JDE and VRP or equivalent systems
  • Intermediate skills with MS Office suite of products
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
