About the company:

Our client is seeking an Administration Assistant to join their CBD office. Working in a corporate, friendly environment - you will become an integral member of the team.

About the role:

  • You will be providing administration assistance to the directors, managers and greater marketing team
  • You will be responsible for preparation of standard letters, correspondence and reporting
  • You will be undertaking all general administration tasks as required including photocopying, scanning, and data entry
  • You will be required to undertake general diary management including meetings, agendas and associated board pack preparation and minute taking
  • You will be responsible for arranging travel and accommodation as required
  • You will assist with covering the corporate receptionist during lunch and tea breaks, and periods of annual leave

About you:

  • You will have previous experience working within a corporate office environment
  • You will have previous administration experience in supporting a team
  • You will be corporately presented and have excellent interpersonal skills
  • You will have intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (in particular Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • You will have a proactive, friendly, courteous and professional demeanour


  • Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
