Our client, a large Coal Mining Company, is seeking for an experienced Administration Assistant, preferably with BHP systems experience, for an immediate start.

About the role:

  • Complete administration duties, including but not limited to: Data processing, record-keeping, and filing.
  • Maintain and complete general reports
  • Being a point of contact for range of staff and stakeholders
  • Facilitate new starters to site

About You:

  • Knowledge of computer systems (including SAP & Microsoft Office programs)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Outstanding numeracy, written and verbal communications skills
  • Exceptional organisational and administrative housekeeping skills
  • Excellent time management and coordination skills
  • Ability to resolve problems effectively and efficiently
  • High attention to detail and a keen eye for errors
  • Self-motivated and the ability to work independently
  • Able to work within a team environment
