We are currently seeking for an Admin Assistant on behalf of our client who is a global transportation manufacturer. The successful candidate will secure a permanent full-time position.

About the role:

  • Answering and directing phone calls internally
  • Taking messages and managing emails
  • Data entry, filing, and scanning
  • Use of the Microsoft Office and other programs
  • Liaison with payroll for monthly pay processing pay cycles for the site
  • Assisting with tasks from multiple staff members

About you:

  • Experience with MS suites (Outlook & EXCEL)
  • High degree of sense of urgency
  • Must have high attention to details
  • Problem solving skills & a quick thinker
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of organisational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous experience in contracts administration/data entry in the automotive industry preferred but not essential
  • Excellent phone communication with a clear speaking voice
  • SharePoint Experience - Preferred but not essential
