Chandler Macleod are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant for their client based in Erskine Park. This is a temporary opportunity with view for extension or permanency for the right fit. You will be providing support to the Senior Operations Manager in their daily duties, general office administration and ad-hoc duties.


Duties will include but not limited too:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
  • Adhoc duties and office coordination
  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
  • Develops administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests.
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


To be successful for these great opportunities you will need to have:

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant
  • Solid Administration experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office packages
  • First class communication skills both written and verbal
  • Flexible and adaptable approach
  • Positive and enthusiastic manner
