Chandler Macleod has an EXCELLENT opportunity for an experienced Administrator, to join the allocations team of our client based in MINTO!

A full-time temporary assignment with potential to extend or view to permanency for the right fit.

Days: Monday - Friday

Hours: 8am - 4pm

Duties of this role will include but not be limited to:

  • Making phone calls to customers to allocate time slots for collection and drop off
  • Inbox Management
  • General Administration
  • Data Entry

To be suitable for this role you will have:

  • Minimum 2 years administration experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in transport background beneficial
