Chandler Macleod are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant for a full time temporary 6 month assignment with a reputable government organisation based in Greenacre.

The duties will consist of but not limited to:

  • Providing high level administrative support
  • Booking meetings
  • Scanning and sorting files
  • Data entry to ensure all information is recorded accurately in the enterprise database
  • Using strong written communication skills to interact and communicate with internal and external stakeholders

    The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Proven Administration experience
  • Must have TRIM experience
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
  • Ability to work in a fluid environment and adapt to changing tasks
  • Ability to adhere to tight deadlines
  • Intermediate Word and Excel skills
  • Friendly and flexible nature
  • Strong work ethic and excellent communication
