Chandler Macleod are currently seeking a switched-on Administrative Assistant with an eye for detail for our client based in Minto. This role is a part time temporary assignment supporting the despatch department. This role will be for 20-24 hours per week with flexible hours and days.

Duties will include:
* Coalition of POD's, drivers run sheets, manifests and picking slips.
* Staff training data maintenance.
* Rapid Global compliance for contractors.
* Uploading of POD's into the system.
* Filing of run sheets and manifests.
* Some data entry.
* Liaising with transport providers.


Desired Skills:

* Excellent communication skills
* Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge
* SAP knowledge preferred but not essential.
* Rapid Global experience preferred but not essential.
* Customer service experience will be highly regarded.


Due to the location you must have your own transport
