Our Client, a Large Mining Company, is after a dedicated individual to join their team as an experienced Mining Administration Assistant for a 5 week contract, starting in the new year. This position will be based at one of their Lower Bowen Basin Mine sites.

Role outline:

Answering and directing phone calls
Soft and Hard copy archiving and filing duties
Maintain and complete general reports
Ordering and taking stock of office supplies
Being a point of contact for range of staff and stakeholders
Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries
About You:

Mine site administration experience
Desirable SAP but not essential
Proficient with full Microsoft Office
Open Driver's Licence
