Chandler Macleod are seeking and experienced administrator for a full time temporary role to join our client based in Rosehill to start ASAP.

The duties of this role will consist of but not be limited to:

  • Providing high quality administrative support
  • Manage meetings, prepare meeting rooms
  • Monitor and respond to email correspondence
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies
  • Database entry
  • Receiving goods
  • General Ad Hoc Duties

    To be suitable for this role you will have:
  • Experience using PRONTO
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation
  • A good work ethic
  • The ability to multi-task
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Drivers license and own transport will be required due to location and lack of public transport
