Permanent Part Time Administration Assistant



The Business

Our client, one of Asia Pacific's largest privately-owned logistics company with operations employing more than 24,000 people and spanning 12 countries is looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to join their team on a part time basis, approximately 23 hours per week on a Mon-Wed.

The position is based out of their office in Berkley Vale.




Your key duties will include:

  • General Office duties
  • Raising invoices, reviewing results and reporting to site Manager
  • Payroll - reviewing and adjusting where required using Kronos
  • Accounts Payable invoicing
  • Liaising with internal and external customers
  • Reception


Essential skills and experience required for this role:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and being able to work in busy work environments
  • Must have 3-5 years experience in a similar position
  • Ability to work autonomously, with minimum supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (Intermediate to Advanced Skills)
  • SAP or Kronos systems experience would be highly regarded
