My Client a National financial Services company bsed in the heart of the CBD.

Are looking for a Senior Administration Assistant to join their friendly team. 

This is a 12 month contract role and is hybrid.

Duties for this role include: 

Preparing Presentations and reports in excel. 

Organisation of events and diary management.

Reporting and preparing rooms for meetings.

Speaking with clients over the phone. 

If you have excellent communication skills.

Strong computer skills.
Advanced Administration skills.

Experience working in Superannuation or Insurance or Banking. 

2 years plus in a financial services administration role.
