On behalf of our client ORICA based in the Gladstone, we are currently seeking a high-level Administration Assistant for a 6-month contact.
As the Administration Assistant the purpose of your role is to provide support & services to the Yarwun Site & Yarwun Teams.
Main responsibilities:
As the Administration Assistant the purpose of your role is to provide support & services to the Yarwun Site & Yarwun Teams.
Main responsibilities:
- Document control using the ORICA Enterprise Library
- Order, return, manage and maintain spreadsheet for hardware such as computers and printers
- Update shift rosters, maintain staff phone lists and update staff movements
- Order and coordinate visitors, catering and consumables, stationary & IT equipment
- Review of timesheet entries and action follow up if required
- Ad hoc administration tasks as required
- Document control experience is highly advantageous
- Strong Excel spreadsheet capability
- Ability to adapt and learn new programs
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Mid May Start Date
- Full time Monday – Friday hours
