On behalf of our client ORICA based in the Gladstone, we are currently seeking a high-level Administration Assistant for a 6-month contact.
As the Administration Assistant the purpose of your role is to provide support & services to the Yarwun Site & Yarwun Teams.
Main responsibilities:
  • Document control using the ORICA Enterprise Library
  • Order, return, manage and maintain spreadsheet for hardware such as computers and printers
  • Update shift rosters, maintain staff phone lists and update staff movements
  • Order and coordinate visitors, catering and consumables, stationary & IT equipment
  • Review of timesheet entries and action follow up if required
  • Ad hoc administration tasks as required
Skills & Qualifications required:
  • Document control experience is highly advantageous
  • Strong Excel spreadsheet capability
  • Ability to adapt and learn new programs
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
