On behalf of our client based in the Brisbane, we are currently seeking a high-level Administration Assistant for a 6-month contact.

As the Administration Assistant the purpose of your role is to support the logistics team to ensure timely processing of accounts and to act as the main point of contact to the service provider accounts receivable department.
 
Main responsibilities:
  • Raise purchase order for vendors and complete service entries
  • Coordinate the set up of new vendors in the RTBS and PASS SAP systems
  • Point of contact for account payment queries with service providers
  • Documentation of the invoicing process in both SAP systems
  • Spend tracking and report
  • Ad hoc administration tasks as required
 
Skills & Qualifications required:
  • SAP experience is highly advantageous
  • Proven administration background
  • Process documentation
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with business application software, purchasing and resource planning systems
