Chandler Macleod are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our client based in Unanderra for a full time 3 month temporary contact with potential to go permanent. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phone calls, data entry, reviewing and responding to customer and supplier emails, purchase order management, and other administrative tasks. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.


  • Answering Phone Calls
  • Keying of runs and data entry
  • Reviewing and answering Customer Emails
  • Reviewing and answering Supplier emails
  • Looking after purchase orders
  • Primary Data Entry
Essential Requirements:

  • Experience with Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in office administration 
  • Strong administration skills
  • Adaptability with great communication.
