Administration Assistant
ASAP Start
$37.50 per hour
Temp 3-6 month contract
Located in Mount Waverley

We at Chandler Macleod are currently seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join one of our reputable commercial clients located in Mount Waverley for an ASAP start.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the installers adhere to regulatory requirements, defined processes, work instructions and network requirements.
  • Mentoring and providing "on site" instruction to installers.
  • Conduct necessary training programs.
  • Attendance and participation in Workgroup / Toolbox meetings.
  • Ensuring installations are in line with industry standards and network requirements.
  • Maintaining close communication with various team and vendors
  • Dealing with difficult customers, service technicians and field crew
  • The delivery of reports within required timeframes
  • Providing support to the other departments, as deemed necessary.
  • Provide feedback to customers regarding their scheduled meter exchange program
  • Liaise with Schedulers and the various service providers managing the records and governance process
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports to Project Manager
  • Update information in Excel and store electronic forms
  • Provide ad hoc administrative assistance

Experience:
  • Sound knowledge of the electrical distribution industry

Skills:
  • Analytical, methodical and detail focused
  • Well-developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external parties
  • Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Ability to provide mentoring/coaching and facilitate workshops when required
  • Ability to self-manage their time to deliver required outputs in a timely manner
  • Computer literacy in SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel, iAuditor
  • Organisational and planning skills
  • Able to work alone and unsupervised
  • Maintain Victorian Drivers licence
