Chandler Macleod are seeking expressions of interest for experienced Administration workers for work within Federal and State government. Full time and part time positions may be available.

The successful applicant will undertake a mix of functions including:
* Adhoc Administration duties
* Data entry
* Coordinate incoming electronic mail
* Answering phone calls
* Minute taking

The successful applicant will demonstrate the following:
* Experience in Finance, HR or Procurement
* Experience with government systems and processes
* Outstanding administrative and organisational skills
* Excellent data entry and typing skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
