We are currently looking for an experienced admin professional for an evening shift based with a well known brand out in Tullamarine.

What will you be doing:

  • Administrative support
  • Administration duties in a SAP environment
  • Great personal organisation skills, attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines in a diverse team and dynamic environment
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

    What skills and experience you need:
  • Mature minded
  • Basic account experience and knowledge
  • SAP knowledge
  • Fast learner using various computer systems
  • Attention to detail
  • You are a confident communicator who isn't afraid of challenging work
  • Prior experience or background in a similar role
  • Experience using a range of payroll systems
  • Dealing with suppliers and inventory
  • A high level of organisation and time management skills

    Shift will be 2 pm - 6/8 pm - 5 days a week
