Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage an APS6 Complaints and Performance Leader on a contract for 12 Months, with potential extensions of 12 months.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team, driving process and performance improvements (APS6)
  • Monitor and action complaints and enquiries escalated to the Department from the My Aged Care Contact Centre
  • Respond to enquiries, issues, complaints and prepare high quality and timely correspondence
  • Review and complete reporting and provide comprehensive analysis (these skills need to be particularly strong for the APS5 candidates)
  • Communication with internal and external stakeholders, customers and members of the healthcare workforce, via email, or through a client relationship management system
  • Write and maintain standard operating procedures, keeping accurate records in the document management system
  • Draft ministerial and executive briefs/responses
  • Experience in public service particularly relating to the Aged Care/Health or Community Services space desirable
