Chandler Macleod is proud to be partnering with a growing national business, who are establishing themselves as leading client for business across Australia. we are seeking experienced Administration and Accounts Officer join their friendly and dynamic team in Brisbane.

The role will see you:

  • Ensuring timely payment of all accounts payable invoices to suppliers
  • Supplier/Vendor statement reconciliations
  • Raising PO's
  • Customer payment allocations
  • General administration duties
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Payroll processing

What are we seeking:

  • Experience in payroll processing, accounts payable/receivable and credit card reconciliation
  • A strong accounts background with a minimum of 4 years administration and accounts experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and able to manage time effectively
  • Exposure to accounting software package (Xero) and MS Office Suite.
  • Be capable of taking directions whilst also being a self-starter.
