We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Office Administrator with sound Xero skills to join a small team. This is a key position that supports the business with a variety of administrative tasks including accounts.

You will need to be super organised and quick to pick up new systems and processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • General & Finance administration including Xero
  • Assist with preparation and delivery of events
  • Maintaining the CRM system
  • Assisting with budgets/P&L/end of month reconciliations
  • Maintain employee records

Experience and skills required:

  • Two years' experience within a similar role
  • Excellent IT skills across M/S Office
  • Experience with Xero
  • Sound interpersonal skills
  • Able to take initiative and work autonomously
  • Aptitude for statistics and financial records
  • Cert III in business highly desirable
