On the back of recent contract wins, we are looking to hire an Account Manager to maintain & develop a mix of long term & new client relationships in mining, industrial and white collar sectors, based out of our office in Port Hedland, WA.

About the role:

  • Identifying new business opportunities and taking action to develop strategic relationships with business partners and other stakeholders to meet individual and business goals and targets.
  • Plan and implement marketing plans for new accounts.
  • Take ownership of debtors to ensure invoices are paid.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting on revenue pipeline.
  • Cross-sell other specialist services/areas of Chandler Macleod Group to customers and follow up on leads generated from other areas.
  • Managing high volume, multi-site recruitment activities including taking the recruitment brief, sourcing, conducting telephone interviews and presentation of suitable candidates
  • Managing on boarding process and recruitment administration for hires
  • Ad hoc duties as required
  • Training and mentoring of internal staff

    About you:
  • Sound experience working in recruitment or direct sales in a target driven environment
  • Ability to listen to client needs, provide solutions and execute service-oriented strategies
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Intermediate organisational and administrative skills coupled with computer literacy and database management
  • Demonstrated ethics, integrity and judgement related to client dealing
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the mining sector
  • Commercial mindset
  • Attention to detail and highly organised
  • Excellent rapport building and stakeholder engagement skills
