Location: Braeside, Melbourne (as you wil be travelling around the state for this role, you would work from home with some time in the office when required).

Job Summary: A great opportunity for a dynamic 'Solution Selling' Account Manager to grow an existing customer base within a large industry segment portfolio, in addition to penetrating additional targeted organisations.

The Opportunity:

In Australasia, our client is currently covering the entire Australian & NZ markets, with the existing opportunity primarily focusing on the Victorian market.
Our client is seeking to recruit a dynamic Account Manager to drive sales in the food & beverage market, with a specific focus into the 'dry food' bakery segment.
Reporting to the General Manager, in addition to representing the organisation to their strong existing client base, you will also display determination to attract, convert and sustain new business.

● Develop and leverage your network to establish new business opportunities
● Grow the company's brand presence and reputation with the existing and prospective customer base.
● Develop a strong understanding of product and services and promote effective and strong engagements with existing and new customers, providing them with a comprehensive understanding of the client's product offering.
● Have a hunter mindset - utilising your strategic solution-selling approach that will drive action from customers.
● Develop comprehensive strategies and consistent action points to meet revenue targets.
● Work alongside your colleagues to encourage unity and alignment with the wider goals of the organisation and increase the impact of the company strategy.

Your Key Attributes:
If you are a self-motivated, results driven sales professional with a history and measurable sales results within the FMCG or Industrial sector, ideally with exposure to the Food industry Segment, this role could be for you. You will be an excellent communicator able to influence at all levels, have outstanding written and presentation skills and the desire to deliver individual and team outcomes.
